Happy Happy

First of all, I would like to apologize for not blogging for so long. I think it has been almost 3 weeks since my last post, and everytime I want to post I have nothing to post about and everytime I have something I don't feel like blogging. Blearghz.

Happy Thing No. 1

I fully enjoyed my last NMA (no morning assembly) for the week, after reaching school at 7.50am for the whole of this week. I woke up at a record 8am and reached school at 8.15. Woots, you gotta love living at Toa Payoh.

Happy Thing No. 2

I helped the Interact Stall, both BB stalls, the BMDP, my ogmate's stall, the joanne T-shirt stall, and some random drink stall that was selling can drinks for 50cents each.
NK helped me to buy one soft drink and I only had a dollar coin and he didn't have change. I turned around and tada there was a 50 cents on the ground. Woots.
It didn't matter that I was 23 dollars in debt, cause this is a happy day.

Happy Thing No. 3

Witnessed a scandal in the making.
We were queuing up for the Haunted House, when some girl approached Dali. Since Willy is starting a nicknaming trend, I shall do it too. I henceforth name the girl Daling.

Daling: Na, Dali, this is for you.

She hands a bear shaped purple jelly to Dali.

Dali looks confused.

Dali: Huh? Why?

The rest of us: Ai yoh! Dali, just accept la!

Dali: Ok thanks.

When the girl left, we joked that there may be a note inside. You know, the story of the note inside the mooncake and the rebellion? Dali looked pissed and just ate the bear up. Ai yah, so uninteresting.

But then....

What was the girl doing on the second floor with leftover food? The food stalls were all on the first floor. There were like tons of people to give to downstairs but she came up to give to him. Tsk Tsk.

One more thing, Dali's past game nickname was Yogi Bear. Hurhurhur =p

Dali, sorry for guailanning you but I was guailanned and I can't manage to guailan the person back. I pass the baton to you ah =)

Happy Thing No. 4

Celebrated Kenneth's Birthday at Seoul Garden! Shuang xi lin men because it was my first time eating at Seoul.

But before that, Yi Zhang and I were at the ATM drawing money. The queue was quite long and suddenly, we saw the queue at the machine besides us dissipate. There was only one guy standing near the machine (indicated by the red cross)

YZ: Excuse me, are you queuing up?

Red Cross Guy: No.

YZ: Eh Wee Pin quick lets go there.

We walked towards the machine and saw this on the screen.

Out Of Order

Bombx.

We turned back and saw that the gannina has taken our place. Congrats, Mr. Smarty Pants, for tricking two RJ guys.

But then I won't be pissed because this is a happy day.

Back to Seoul Garden.

I don't know how Nelson, Andrew, Kenneth, YZ and Christopher did it, but they carried on eating like some bomb. YZ and Chris were even competing in some who can eat the most dessert contest. Winston and I got KOed quite early, so we just watched the rest gorge their face purple.

After 1 and a half hour of eating, Yi Zhang went to the toilet. After 15mins he came back.

Yi Zhang: Hey guys, have you ever thought how useful it is to have a twin brother that looks exactly like you?

Nelson: Yah yah! I thought of it before. If you have a twin that looks exactly like you, you can ask him to replace you when you go to the toilet. Then it will be two people eating one person's share.

Yi Zhang: Yah, wait, let me go get some food.

5 mins later, YZ came back with a mountain. Sat down, and started cooking.

Yi Zhang: Hei, it looks like I just started eating.

Nelson and Wee Pin both cocks eyebrows simultaneously.

Yi Zhang: Huh what?

Wee Pin: You just started eating what.

Nelson: Yi Zhang! Tell me what we were talking about before you went to the toilet!

YZ: Errrr... Errrr...

Ai yah but in the end he did produce the correct answer.

I was quite impressed, his twin really thought through all the scenarios.

Happy Thing No. 5

While eating (gorging), Nelson asked everybody what their greatest fear was.

YZ: I think it is death.

Kenneth: Puh-leeze. It is finding out that your bank account had $0.

Nelson: Hmm is it death?

Everybody started pondering (and gorging).

I started thinking it through too, and it came to me. Hmm I don't think I ever told anyone before, but here it is, I hate clowns.

Jeez, this scene is forever stuck in my mind. I watched this show when I was about 6? 7? If you haven't watched this show, this clown claimed its first victim in this scene. The small boy (dressed in the yellow raincoat) was playing with a paper boat in the rain. He put the boat in a small drain (the water in the drain was flowing quite rapidly) and he followed the boat as it floated away on the drainwater. At some point, the boat dropped into some deep gutter. And this clown appeared in the gutter.

Maybe when I was still living in my old flat in Toa Payoh, there was this drain just in front of the HDB block that looked exactly like the one in the movie. Thanks ah Stephen King, you made me pon school everytime it rained.

The gannina in your face.

Heyyyy, but guess what! There was a brudderhood in the movie! No wonder this movie is still stuck in my mind. The friends in the movie were awesome, they met up after 20 years to fulfill a promise. Won't it be zai if we all do that?

After watching this show again after 10 years, I felt quite guilty for spending so little time with the brudderhood.

Ok =) Next time I'll go K box, for sure la.

FINALLY...

This is in response to the post below and all the people who posted comments in the tagboard.
